Hello, my name is persistence, I always reside in Havana, Cuba. I plan to visit Spain, Tenerife for tourism after the virus in the month of September for approximately a month. At the end of September they should give me a response to a postgraduate course at the European University of Oratava. My question is if I receive acceptance of the study course that is for 10 months that I must do... can I opt for the student card within the period that I am as a tourist if they say w it takes a month for the procedures
