I am French working in Switzerland. I would like to spend my retirement outside France. I am looking for information on Latin American countries, particularly the quality of health services in Central and South America (except Brazil). I am very close to nature so living in the city will not suit me. I learned English and I'm still learning. I am learning Spanish and have some knowledge of German. I also studied a little Japanese, Russian and Brazilian. I like meeting people, strangers and having them tell me their stories. I would like to leave and buy a house for cash on site near mountains or vast expanses, close to a lake or a river and blend into the population like a native.
