About

I'm an expat and have come to Australia a year ago. After taking some time off to settle in well with my family, I have recently started my own business, Phoenix Evolutioneering. I'm a Life Coach specialised in expat affairs, helping people (especially the accompanying spouses) to cope with the change they are facing. As I know from experience, it's a rough patch you're going through: lots of decisions to take in a time of uncertainty, missing friends and family, not being familiar with the new environment yet. With all that insecurity it's easy to fall into depression, overwhelm, self-doubt and marital crisis. So if you would like to have someone by your side to guide you through this time and help you gain clarity and focus, just get in touch - I offer one-on-one sessions in the ACT region and phone or skype coaching throughout Australia. Since I'm starting up, I currently offer two free initial sessions so you can find out if coaching is for you and then take it from there. Languages: English, German and Spanish. Looking forward to geting in touch! Henrike
Interests: hiking, coaching, rock climbing, my family, baking, canoeing

Everything. Spain is a beautiful vibrant country, and Granada is one of it's most enchanting places. Highly recommended to go! ;-)

Hi there, I've been in Canberra for a year now. Initially, I found it hard to meet people, but with a son in Primary School I soon met other moms and dads which made it easier. You might want to join a fitness club or sports team, that works ... Read More
