Hi, I am considering moving to San Miguel de Allende because of the weather, the art community and the Mexican warmth. I grew up in Puerto Vallarta until I was nine years old then moved to the USA and spend several years in Europe. I have a chronic conditions that requires good weather, easy access to get around sometimes in a wheelchair and a service dog. Is San Miguel de Allende a pet friendly, although my dog is a service dog and how easy or difficult it's to get around throughout town with a wheelchair. Suggestions, recommendation and opinions are welcome! Gracias
