Hello, I am currently expatriated in Turks and Caicos as a Chef and we would like to emigrate to Mauritius with my wife. I have a CAP pastry chef training and an additional mention in catering dessert, but I have worked in the kitchen full time since I was 18, my father owns a gourmet restaurant on the Island of Providenciales. I worked in Paris for 5 years as a chef and assistant chef in bistros and semi-gastronomic restaurants. I have experience in catering and as a private chef at home. I have a great interest in organic and local products while respecting seasonality I currently hold a position as chef in a gourmet restaurant. My plan is to establish myself as a chef or sous chef in a quality restaurant. I am available long term.
