My father is Mauritian and so is my partner. Hence our wish to spend part of our retirement in Mauritius, and the other in France. We are currently in Canada after spending a good part of my youth in France, and I myself have dual French-Canadian nationality, just like the whole family. I am a computer scientist. I have 2 adult children, 26 and 28 years old. We have family in Mauritius and my partner will recover her Mauritian citizenship. To me, it seems like I might have it too, from my father. This is our project at 6/7 years old.
