I now live in Tallahassee Florida.Any information that you could give me on how to get started for the big move for realy be apericated,I have been reading all I can,and I truly don't know what to do first.I know I need things like passport and birth certificate,how do you get in touch with someone there that could help.Do I have to come there to apply,or doI do it from here.Thanks and I look forward to any information you can help with.

We are planning on moving to Costa Rica. I have seen relacation tours (basically two)that are advertised in books etc. They are expensive so I so not want to spent money maybe better spent another way. Anyone have experience with them?
