Hello, We currently live with my wife and my 2 children (14 and 11 years old) still in France. We plan to settle in Quebec with a 2-year skilled worker visa to begin with, we would then like to have a permanent residence visa. (our visas are in progress with immigration, awaiting validation and of course the reopening of the borders) For my part, I have worked in the catering field, chef to be more precise, for almost 25 years. I'm thinking of leaving alone 2 or maybe 3 months before so that I can prepare for the rest of my family to come.
