I am from Santa Cruz, California, USA. I just moved to Beijing (8/20/11) for at least 1 year to teach English. I am a Cal grad (go Bears). My main interest right now is learning Mandarin as well as finding new friends in Beijing and exploring the city. I am easygoing and have a wide variety of interests and hobbies, including frisbee, amateur beer brewing (back in the U.S. at least), books, movies, music, American TV, travel, etc, etc. Please feel free to contact me!
