Eden mantekila Ntinani, Congolese state graduate, born and raised in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo, in a relationship with my soul mate. In Kinshasa where I currently live, I am the main coordinator of the NGO Mobwiser IT Academy DRC https://www.facebook.com/Mobwiser-RDC-106873554419499 (organization whose main activity is the training of men and women in the profession of full-stack web developer, a profession which recruits a lot, with the aim of reducing poverty and unemployment in the DRC) and associated partner of Wakandha (new social network created by Gabonese brothers). In terms of projects: 1. I have already started with the major project of creating 29 major training centers for the profession of junior full-stack web developer throughout the Democratic Republic of Congo. this project aims for the professional integration of 11,600 people each year after a training period of 6 to 7 months. we still launched this project with our own funds in Kinshasa Gombe (Presidential Galleries 24th floor), where learners pay an amount equivalent to $210 for training which guarantees them a job after 7 months of training. But the main idea is to find funding to offer this training for free every year. 2. still with the NGO Mobwiser IT Academy DRC, I plan to build a giant library only in the fields of physics, computer science, mathematics. 3. open training and supervision centers for pupils and students in mathematics and physics courses. 4. Industrialize the production of a natural wine from my village. this wine is healing and brings good mood to anyone who drinks it. 5. internationalize my mobwiser NGO with the aim of training as many Africans as possible and eliminating poverty and unemployment on the continent... Speaking about my experience as an entrepreneur, I would say that I started entrepreneurship in 2010 but I only became aware of it in 2019. there you go!
