About

Hello, My name is Lucas, I have always lived in the Paris region, addicted to sport and especially basketball since I was little. In 2011, when I was in high school, I hosted an American girl from De Pere, Wisconsin. I went to her house the following summer. I discovered a place and a culture that did not leave me indifferent. I always kept in touch with the family and finally returned there in 2018. With a few more years, I enjoyed my trip as much as the first time, if not more. I went back one last time to spend Thanksgiving 2019 and there I really fell in love with the state, the city and the mentality. With the current health situation I wanted to wait before starting the job search but I think that is a mistake and I want to start now so that I can find one that suits me as quickly as possible. Ideally I would like to find one around Green Bay even though I know it will probably be complicated. I am therefore ready to act step by step and therefore start further away, such as Milwaukee or, in the worst case, Chicago. Concerning my experience I am in computer engineering: 4 and a half years of work-study program in the network field 2 and a half years as a Technical Architect 1 and a half years as a Consultant for an IT solution (my current job)

Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA

Find a job, housing to be able to make a life there.
Currently a software consultant, I take care of installation and updating for our clients. I also train them on the product. This is exactly the type of work I would like to find there. I also worked as a technical architect as a service provider and have 4 and a half years of work-study training in the network field.
The mentality, their way of seeing things. The relationship to education, to sport. The landscape and the fact that there are not too many people.
I would rather say what scares me despite attempts to reassure me is health and its cost.
