I come from Perpignan and I work for myself in events. Recently, I sold my house near Perpignan, in order to invest in real estate in Spain for rental purposes. While waiting to find, I am looking for a rental for 6 months initially which is not easy, because I do not have a Spanish employment contract. And although I offer to pay the entire rent before moving in, the owners refuse. I have the NIE and a bank account in Spain.
