I am retired from the territorial civil service I am a cheerful, zen person, and I don't worry about stupid things. I really like Dominican culture, their way of approaching life, always smiling despite the problems of a small, poor country. I wouldn't live there for the beauty of the beaches but to learn a little more about this culture and to possibly make my contribution through an association or something else.
