We are a small family of 4 people: Romain (surfing enthusiast), Sarah (myself), Hortense 4 years old and Ars猫ne 2 years old. We dream of expatriating to Costa Rica to benefit from the sweetness of life in Pura Vida. We are at the start of the project so we are looking for information for schools, housing, the health system, etc.
