My expat journey

any city, Lithuania
I have traveled to Lithuania once in 2006, for about a week or 10 days. I saw Vilnius, Kaunus, Klaipeda, and a lot of the countryside. I located the farm where my Lithuanian grandmother grew up.
I would like to work in Lithuania. I am open to many options here, but I only speak English (for now).
I really liked the people, the sights, the solemnity of the historical elements that can still be easily imagined, and learning more about myself through the culture of my grandmother.
There does not seem to be nearly as many options and variety as in the USA, for anything.

New Jersey, USA
I am a USA citizen, and I have spent my whole life living in the USA. I was born in Indiana, but I grew up in New Jersey.
I work as an Analyst in Aerospace & Defense for the world's largest defense contractor. However, I am currently seeking more creative, more sociable, job roles.
I love the USA. I have traveled quite a bit, especially for an American, and there is nothing like the USA. First of all, it's "home" to me. Everyone I love is there, for the most part. Secondly, there are so many comforts of modern living I have found no where else, including London (where I had a stay in college).
There is not truly old architecture, since the country is so young. Also, SOME (not "all") Americans are very culturally empty. They do not know about other cultures, haven't traveled or experienced other cuisines or ideals other than their own.
