I come from Quebec, I have been in Calgary since 2014. I left Quebec because I could no longer practice my professional trade, construction, due to Quebec regulations. Since then, I have made a very successful life in Alberta, I am at the head of a growing company with a dozen employees, and I am experiencing success beyond my expectations. My wife has followed me here since 2015 and she has no intention of returning to Quebec. Being away from our family and friends was a very difficult decision, but one that we are far from regretting.
