Hi - I'm a Londoner about to buy a small property in a complex in Ficulle Umbria. I don't speak Italian but will be learning it. I hopefully will take possession of the flat in May some time assuming Italy opens up to visitors馃 I'm looking for advice and contacts of local tradesmen. Carpenters, builders, gardeners etc. Ideally they speak some English... Hope someone can help
