Why not? Sales are off, the economy is stagnant-- time to explore/travel and look for opportunity to meet wonderful people! My husband will walk away from a great job/ I'll keep my fingers in the commercial real estate industry and we'll see what central america has to offer. We just returned from 3 weeks in Costa Rica and Panama and loved it. Now we want more! We've had someone offer to rent our beautiful little lake front condo in sunny socal for 6 months to start [fully furnished] we may want to do the same but perhaps boatsit or housesit while looking for opportunities to open business or develope commercial property or??
