I'm a Florida girl who met a Frenchman 14 years ago. We were married and lived in the New York area for 9 years. Then, for family reasons we moved to the south of France in 2007. I'm a concert singer and my husband is a pianist and composer. We give concerts and music lessons here in our city. I go often to the countryside to see the mountains and scenic villages that abound here. I'm lonely to hear my language spoken with an American accent, and I miss the can-do attitude of my countrymen. But I wouldn't trade my life today with my life in the States.
