It was an awesome year as I arrived 2-month pregnant and I gave birth to my baby daughter in February 1998.
Then we have to come back in France when she was only 4 month old!
I could not work as I had a wife's visa! So I followed my pregnancy and then looked after my baby.
I love Vermont, my house was so beautiful, the neighbours were so nice.
We went to Quebec city and Montreal. And I walked at Lake Champlain.
I was there for the 10-year of Ben& Jerry! Free ice-cream for all! I think I queued up for an hour with the baby spleeping in it pram!
Too far away from my family during the pregnancy. Otherwise I wanted to stay there!

I spend one wonderful year in North Devon.
I was French assistant to the French teacher of 2 secondary schools.
The countryside is beautiful, the people were very friendly with me and I got good friends there.
To drive on the Devon roads with a French car!
