I visited Poltova, Ukraine in July and returning this month for a month. I am checking out living there for a while.
I met a woman there and have been staying in touch by skype and texting, etc. We have talked about getting married, she does not want to live exclusively in the USA, I am not that thrilled about it with out current administration and economic woes.
Are there any ex-pats out there living in Poltava? I found it to be a great city, although have not spent a winter there.
