Obtaining FBI clearance for Canadian PR immigration by yslion

I am having a tough time getting FBI clearance from USA due to unclear fingerprint done here in Malaysia - anybody please comment if you have done it before. TQ!

FBI clearence will take few months to complete. they are so overwelmed they have backlogs of prints to clear. but if you have no criminal records in the US there is nothing to worry about. it's a standard procedure and everyone has to go thru it. if ... Read More

Resident Card since 2007 but I live in Paris

normally you have to live 2 years out of 3 in Canada to remain a permanent resident. you may have lost your PR status. you may resume it by contacting the Canadian consulate or embassy that's close to your home. good luck. i hope this helps. Read More
