United Services & Engineering Centre is an independent firm of concept developers, designers, planners, engineers, consultants and technical specialists offering a broad range of professional services. Through our work, we make a positive difference in the world. We shape a better world. Founded in 1997 with an initial focus on hospitality real estate and automation engineering, UCL first came to the people's attention with the national ID card project, cell banking, metro networking, followed by its work on the IGW and ICX, international remittance transfer to Bangladesh. UCL has since grown into a truly multidisciplinary organization. Most recently, its work for the hospitality and real estate industry has reaffirmed its reputation for delivering innovative and sustainable designs that reinvent the built environment and secure green world. UCL brings together broad-minded individuals and principals from a wide range of disciplines and encourages them to look beyond the constraints of their own specialism. This unconventional approach to design springs in part from UCL's ownership structure. The firm is owned in trust on behalf of its staff.
