I found a spacious apartment very well located in Socrates, excellent standing, with three bedrooms two living rooms two bathrooms, kitchen of course, I am currently negotiating the price amounting to 10,000 DH / Month originally, I have already lowered it to 8000 Water and electricity included, I am trying to do better, and would possibly look for a calm person without any hassle for a medium to long term shared accommodation, to be seen depending on the evolution of things. I am not looking for two roommates but only one, the third bedroom could be used as an office or possibly a guest bedroom, it is sleeping and already equipped with a sofa bed.
