In my opinion Philippine Law too biased towards Filipino citizens.
Foreign nationals have limited to no laws protecting assets.
No work visa available in my time of stay unless engaged in business ventures with 60% Filipino ownership.
Even foreigners married to Filipinos do not automatically acquire residency. The 13A Visa can only be obtained through marriage but the spouse has to petition the approval of such visa.In the case of a spouse not willing to renew the spouse 13A,the Visa COULD be revoked.
