I loved Dalian, it's a very international city with many different types of restaurants and nightlife options. The city is surrounded by low mountains which gives visitors and citizens a great climate.
While the city has been named one of the most livable places in China for it's cleanliness but I found it to be a dusty city with lots of congestion.
