About me

American, Single

Speaks English (native) and a smattering of Spanish and Dutch. I tend to cram on the language of the country I'm visiting so as not to be totally stupid about the locals.

About

Still-working I.T./database pro, I work remotely (from anywhere), homeowner in north-coast California. One grown boy, independent. I make mid-6-figures and plan on doing a lot of "workations" and international travel because I'm crazy about history and old things, and looking for a lady friend, permanent or otherwise. I am interested in languages and currently steadily working on Dutch and French, with Polish thrown in as an extra. I've traveled to England and Prague though both stays were too fast, I want to do extended rental/stays in a location and really get to know it and the people and language, etc. I have traveled all over the USA, it is rather old-hat to me now. Also play four different instruments (guitar, drums, mandolin, keyboard...in descending order of competence haha). I have no debts and ample money to spend and generous with it.
Interests: drums, Travel/languages/history/art (oil painter)/playing music (guitar, keyboard), mandolin

Hi Electron - I'm intrigued by this. I made it to Prague last summer (2022) and I was thrilled, even though I was only in decent condition for 4 days. Too much too fast and dying to go back and do it on a more relaxed stretch, and include some ... Read More
