I have lived in St Martin for 10 years and I am thinking of a change of scenery, working in mainland France during the summer seasons (buying a pizzeria by the sea or a tourist spot and therefore only working 6 to 7 months per year) and being able to live for 3 to 4 months in Thailand in the winter. I would like to know the modalities without having very high income, the visa or other formalities, the place to be well settled not too far from the sea and the city, and the costs of living in general, restaurant, villa, car to buy or rent etc. thank you Herve
