Newborn baby travel outside Bahrain with his mother by Chaudhry Waqas

Hi everyone, My newborn baby will be traveling with his mother in January and don鈥檛 have his passport, can He travel outside Bahrain on some kind of Travel Permit. Baby will be 8 weeks old by January.Thanks
