I Live in the beautiful mountain resort of Sun Valley Idaho where I built an organic artisan bakery and cafe. I hold a degree in classical music and play both classical and flamenco guitar. I have sold the bakery and my dream now is to find a small business to buy in central America or the Caribbean to continue a life of music, food/bread and being part of a community.
