Hi, My name is Damien and I recently split up with my girlfriend. She went back to France. I live now with my best friend in a two room apartment in Maida Vale ( Chippenham Road - Zone 2 - West ) since September 2011. In order to pay our rent, we are looking for someone to use the single bedroom (my friend will be with me in a double room). The flat has a nice living room with a kitchen open plan. Two separate bedrooms and a little bathroom. Washing machine and free internet are included. - 5 mins walk to Westbourne Park tube station (Hammersmith/City line) - 10 mins walk to Maida Vale station (Bakerloo line) - Bus stop litterally just opposite our flat. You can go everywhere from there. Me and my friend are both 23 and we work. We both speak French and English. We work a lot during the week and love to go out on the weekends. It's just how it works nah? The rent per person is 拢470 per month without charges. With the charges it brings it up to something like 拢530/month (depends on the use of Gaz/Electricity and water).
