I am a lively, interactive person with morals and values that guide me. Speaking my mind but also willing to listen to others as clear communication is important, information gaps can/or will cause problematic delays/or situations. I believe respect is given, no matter the circumstances or situation. To work as a team means we are part of one body, yes there are different parts in a body, but we need to function together with one goal in mind. I am always striving to better myself as a person whether personally or work related. To learn and adapt is key in life and I do not believe in stagnating and waiting for someone else to pick up the reins.
