Originally from South East England, about 12 miles outside London. Been working in the UAE on and off since 2008 in the real estate industry, everything from consultancy to brokerage and hotel investments. The company i work for is sending me to Accra for 6 months. I've never lived anywhere like Ghana before and i'd be lying if i said i wasn't a little anxious (ok, a lot) but all challenges are good and variety is the spice of life! Looking to meet other expats of any nationalities to learn from, particularly where to get those precious things we take for granted ie. marmite and good cheddar!!
