I never had any problem with GCash. But I never transfer large amounts of money neither. I connevt my Pesos PayPal to GCash and pull from PayPal. Once in PayPal you can send USD from dollars PayPsl to Pesos PayPal. You do lose on the exchange rate ... Read More
