About

In fact, I'm leaving on February 4, both happy but also anxious. We are leaving, with our 2 children aged 3 and 1 1/2 years, following my husband's transfer to York in PA. It is therefore a small town on the scale of the USA, with very few or no expats, and without French schools. I am a midwife in France, speaking very little English (LV2), and having very little chance of practicing. So I have apprehensions for my children, especially my 3-year-old daughter who arrives in the middle of the year, in an unknown school and language, not really knowing which kindercar to choose, and for me, because without friends, family, and especially without work. What do you recommend for meeting people and associations? I would also like to register my son, so that he can also be bathed quickly, but also to free up my time. I plan to take English lessons. That's a lot of questions, so if you can help me?!... This is the first time I've registered on a blog, but reading your comments has done me good and reassures me Thank you for your interventions
