If I own a property in Lebanon since 2006 and become a resident in Cyprus in 2024 and then sold the property in Lebanon in 2025, will I be subject to pay taxes on the sale?
@SimCityAT Thanks for your reply. We don't pay taxes on properties in Lebanon. I was just advised by my lawyer in Cyprus that I will not pay taxes in Cyprus as well whether I sell it before or after being a resident. Read More
