Hi, I'm Cain I hail from a meduim sized town in Scotland most of the time, I work abroad for half the year in the oil industry mostly in Denmark and Norway, I enjoy a quite slow pace of life although i still enjoy a good knees up every now and then ;-) I am lucky to be happily married and have a beautiful little girl. As a family we all love Scotland but think the time has come to try a different way of life.

Interests: fishing, Music Concerts, socialising, walking

Can anyone help me? I'm looking at moving to Malta from England, but where do I start on the getting a job and moving? Which should come first? Thank you.

ok I think I have this correct....... As long as I still pay tax in the UK due to the double taxation treaty with Malta, I will not be required to pay tax in Malta as my income will not be subject to double taxation, it helps that I will not reside ... Read More

Hi Ricky, Thanks for the reply, I believe that I would not have to pay taxes in Malta as I already pay them in the UK and will be keeping an address there for myself, however I should receive a rebate for these when submitting my tax assesment ... Read More
