I am 62 years old and am recently retired, and would like to live my retirement in Quebec, with my fianc茅e who is from Quebec and lives in Drummondville, we have known each other for 25 years, she is 66 years old and also retired from the Desjardins fund,
concerning my professional life, I started my career as an apprentice and climbed all the levels of my profession I was chef for 22 years, during my career I was also hotel restaurant director CAMPANILE for 14 years, my job will have brought me a number of satisfactions,
creativity, respect for the seasons for the products, training cooks and helping them to evolve, empathy, and sharing, giving pleasure to customers and making them discover new flavors, cooking must remain simple and sincere and becomes beyond a simple meal a certain art of living and giving pleasure
thinking about it carefully, I think during my career I have left the negative side there are certainly some but so many positive sides.
