Dear Sir/Madam Having worked with hospitality industry for the last five years, I am presently looking for to continue my career. My interests cover positions such as Guest Service鈥檚 Manager / Night Manager / Assistant FO Manager / Duty Manager or Sales. Presently I moved to Ukraine after ending my contract with Fraser Suites Doha, as their Guest Services Supervisor and acting Operation Manager. During which, I contributed significantly in guest services, front office duties and overcoming guest objections & concerns. Also, I am competent in providing administrative support to the General Manager with background in staff handling. Besides this, I am tactful in dealing with VIP guests, including Royal family, Ambassadors, embassies and government dignitaries. As well I do speak 4 languages Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian and English, and have a great hospitality experience. Was trained for a night manager, night auditor, and Front Office Manager...
