Hello everyone! How is life going for you? I am writing to you from a small town on the Cantabrian coast called Getaria. I am 23 years old and I realized that my passion is cooking and nature. I have a higher degree in Restoration at the Gamarra hospitality school (Vitoria), professional training to set up and manage a restaurant as a head chef, for example. I have worked in several restaurants in the Basque country that are the best known. Do you know Basque cuisine? I would like you to inform me about working in hospitality. I would be willing to go live in Bali to work with the cooks there. I wouldn't mind working without pay as long as I could sleep, eat and dine.
