Has anyone who purchased a home in Belize had a home inspection? Also is homeowners insurance typically bought. We just signed a contract and law firm is asking if we want a home inspection. Is it like the inspections in the US. Any experiences?
You can have a home inspection however that just isn't a professional trade in Belize at this time. I've had a few done for clients, one was by a realtor who had that training back in Canada, another was by a person who works in the construction ... Read More
