After 20 magical years, it鈥檚 time for a new chapter 鉁�

In 2003, I built this Pousada with the dream of creating an artist鈥檚 sanctuary 鈥� a space for creativity, connarection, and beauty.

Life unfolded differently than I had imagined, but this place has become something even more precious:

a peaceful haven where I鈥檝e welcomed travelers from all over the world,

shared music, deep conversations, belly laughs, and moments of stillness. 馃實馃挮

Now, at 60, my heart is calling me back to my first love: painting.

And so, with deep gratitude, I鈥檝e decided to let this place go 鈥� to pass it on to someone whose soul lights up at the thought of creating something beautiful.

Pousada Toocool is situated on a spacious 5,800 m虏 plot in Diogo, just one hour from Salvador da Bahia International Airport and about 1 hour and 30 minutes from the historic center of Salvador. We are located along the Linha Verde, between Imbassai and Costa do Sauipe, and 15 km north of Praia do Forte.

The property boasts very peaceful neighbors, easy access, and a river that borders the land, separating the dunes from the sea. The beach is accessible on foot in approximately 1.2 km or by car.

The pousada has a built area of 427 m虏, divided into:

3 charming chalets and 7 bedrooms, with a total capacity of 29 guests.

A two-bedroom house, currently occupied by the manager, which could be yours.

A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, a laundry room, a shop/spa, and an Arabic tent for children.

Since opening in 2003, we have accumulated 21 years of experience and are featured in guides such as Michelin, Guide du Routard, Rought Guide, and 脡chapp茅e Belle, lonely planet

We operate sustainably with solar energy and have a well for watering the lush gardens, which feature a wide variety of fruit trees鈥攊ncluding 9 mango trees, banana trees, caju, mangaba, and acerola.

The beach nearby is Santo Antonio, one of the last nearly untouched beaches along the Linha Verde. The annual property tax is approximately 1,000 euros.

Our business is fully registered, with all necessary permits to operate legally. You can stay with our dedicated team, which has been working here for many years. Currently, we have a maintenance person, a manager who handles bookings, and a cleaner, with additional staff brought in during high season or weekends.

We offer a "key on door" system, meaning everything remains in place for immediate use from day one. The property is home to three dogs and a cat, adding to its warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Bahia鈥檚 climate allows for year-round work, and we currently enjoy an occupancy rate of around 35%. The space is versatile and can be used for weddings, retreats, internships, and more.

Most of our guests leave feeling grateful for the experience鈥攊t's a peaceful place where, in 20 years, nothing violent or unpleasant has ever occurred. We have reliable Wi-Fi, a strong reputation, and are well known in the region.
