I do Personalized Fitness Coaching I call Anatomical Engineering & Applied Physical Optimization; a Proprietary Optimized Method to leverage Nutritional and Hormonal Resoruces (Meals, Suplements, Routines, Tips & Hacks) in order to Achieve the Desired Body-Shape, everything organic; no chemistry. (I'm not Nutriologist nor Endocrinologist).
