I would like to employ a Vietnamese who is holding a marriage visa. Does my compamy to apply a WP for her. Is there any levy to be paid annually and how much is the levy? What procedure is there to follow?
Why do I still need to pay for the levy since she is already married to a malaysian? I thought levy is only for those holding work permit in malaysia. She is currently applying for a marriage visa to stay in malaysia. Read More
