My expat journey

Barcelona, Spain

London, England
My life feels as though it has become an existence..and I am tired of the politics and struggle in a city that I love but has become unattractive in many ways...Mid way through completing an album and my manager who is an artist himself has had me on a back burner for a year...when you don`t have the balance your passion with what you do day to day..life becomes a bit like groundhog day..same shit different day...Lost my mum 4yrs ago and have deeply struggled with it..but I`ve recently turned a corner and change is the name of the game..without change there is no progress. I`m very yang and trying to get more yin in my life.. My new years resolution which I don`t normally do..was to define my line between patience and tolerance...and not allow things to become detrimental to me...Used to promote hiphop clubs and run a street team (aah thats when life was being lived)!!
Have been working on book with a friend for the last 3yrs..imagine a Mexican version of Wild Swans..coming close to completion.. Had a band..my bass player is now based in Paris..after alot of let downs we are now more determined than ever to ride our musical journey..
Fitness Instructor...Singer/Songwriter...plus a whole lotta randomness!
Its been home...There is beauty here, in its architecture and landscape..amazing friends and experiences, that I wouldn`t change for the world..Its convenient, whatever specialist thing you need, you can find here...Love the markets and thrift/retro shopping..London will always have a piece of my heart..
People are more cold and angry, less communal, there is more to fear..having to be agressive all the time is tiring...the negative energies make it hard to progress..People are so busy materially upgrading every aspect of their life that they have lost any sense of value...Its just not as much fun as it used to be...
