About

I am originally from Cameroon after my baccalaureate, I studied general medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of Mali from December 1998 to June 2006 after obtaining my state doctorate in medicine, I worked for a year as a general practitioner in a regional reference hospital from August 2006 to September 2007. From November 2007, I left for the Coast Ivory where I began my specialization in bio-clinical hematology; in December 2009 I obtained my certificate of specialized studies in biological hematology. In October 2010, at the end of my 3rd year of specialization in clinical hematology, I was admitted to the specialized medical training diploma with blood diseases option, I was assigned to the hematology department of the Chamb茅ry hospital center. It is a town located in a valley in the Rh么ne-Alpes region, it is surrounded by 2 massifs (Les bauges and la Chartreuse), very beautiful, quiet town with an authentic 17th century castle (Le chateau des Ducs de Savoie) At the moment I am seriously studying the possibility of returning to the country in order to share my skills with the population, but also to teach this medical specialty.

My expat journey

chambery, France

Since Oct 2010

chambery, France

Doctor at the city's hospital center, I am completing my specialization cycle in hematology there.
The massifs surrounding the city, Lake Bourget, the beauty of the city quite simply with the castles of the Dukes of Savoy and the different green spaces of the city
town of old rich people, ultra calm both on weekends and on public holidays.

Abidjan, Ivory Coast

Oct 2007 - Oct 2010

Abidjan, Ivory Coast

A short stay as part of studies
Doctor in specialization cycle
There I felt like I was in the country; with just a few differences. Otherwise great atmosphere, good food, girls as flirtatious as my beloved compatriots
Transport in Abidjan, a real headache, accommodation surprises and at one time almost endemic insecurity like in our dear Douala

Bamako, Mali

Dec 1998 - Jul 2006

Bamako, Mali

I did my first studies there as a young university student just after my Baccalaureate.
Medical student
The warmth, hospitality of the local population; many of us learned there what we call humility, simplicity. Within the Cameroonian student community, a spirit of solidarity and patriotism has been expressed to a point.... The chance to experience CAN 2002 live with the final coronation of our super lions
With hindsight I would say that everything that repelled me at the time, in fact it was because I had not spent enough time with Malians, I had even thought about investing there or at least buying a residence there because it was a model of democracy, of a developing country (in the literal sense of the term) The situation that has prevailed there since is what breaks my heart the most.

Yaounde, Cameroon

Yaounde, Cameroon

I spent practically my entire childhood and adolescence in this south-west paradise.
