My name is Mariusz. I am a fitness instructor with 25 years of experience in martial arts. During my working career I have been working in various countries with different groups and individuals. My clients range from 5 years old children to senior adults and from people interested in improving their physical condition to World class athletes preparing for World Championships. My experience includes 7 years of very successful working as the National Team Coach of Finland and Vietnam.
