An international development professional with over 25 years of NGO work experience as senior country and program manager, economic development, microfinance and gender expert who has been primarily involved in implementing economic development projects geared towards women鈥檚 economic empowerment in post-conflict countries like Bosnia, Eritrea, Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Ghana. I have more than 15 years of international program management experience where 4 years of that as Country Manager in Afghanistan. I was just in Bangladesh for the past 9 months working for an international research organization and now currently in Ghana as Country Project Manager of a Canadian-based NGO.
