About

Hello everyone, I was stationed for 10 years in Savigny/Orge (south of Paris). Professor of automobile maintenance, I took the exam in 2000 and after passing it I returned to the country; French Polynesia that I love so much. We live on the peninsula and more precisely Taravao, the little Tahitian Normandy where there are a few cows and a lot of rain. It is the south of Tahiti where life is good because there are no traffic jams and pollution in Papeete. This will not take long because Taravao is set to become the second city of Tahiti with the new port (FARATEA) and the enormous constructions which are the CARRFOUR store and the 4000 m2 MAEVA shopping center belonging to a large Chinese family from the peninsula. Poor me who wanted a haven of peace in 2001 when returning from mainland France and refused an assignment to Papeete. That said, we continue to savor these last moments of happiness as a family by going for a PINK at the motu nono (small islet) located 3 minutes by boat and going for hikes in the mountains, happiness in its purest form, then also telling ourselves that we have 4 to 5 years left before the town becomes like Papeete. Such is life!!! and finally like you, I am impatiently awaiting the results of mut. but all administrations have become silent since the CCPs in February. We will have to wait and wait...
