My name is Jody and I am 51 yrs old. Coming from Canada and just arrived in Israel. My family and I made Aliyah on March 5/12. I started wrtiting my blog last year 2011 a few months before making Aliyah.I wanted to let people know what my experience has been like in moving to Israel and moving forward as a new Oleh. I have had such great feedback on my blog and I so appreciate it when people, a lot of whom I don't even know have taken the time to read my blog and even write to me to comment. I am starting to gather information for a book/compilation of stories of other who have made Aliyah and why they chose to make a huge move like this. Lets face it most people think you are nuts to move to Israel...but, we are loving it here. Come along on my journey.
